I really liked that I was able to talk directly to Jeremy before the installation and get an estimate that seemed fair. He confirmed the installation the day prior. His crew was a bit later than expected to the job site, but given traffic and the location of the house, I can accept that. The guys installing were efficient and friendly. They completed the job and picked up afterward, though there were a few screws left on the ground. Jeremy called during the installation to check on things which I appreciated. All in all a good job, the gutters look good, and after the first rain seemed to function as expected. I would use JM Smith Gutters again."

"I had a complex gutter replacement job. My home has trim under the gutter that created a challenge to installation of the new gutter. Jeremy suggested an option to assure there would be no future dry rot with the trim underneath the gutter. He installed flashing to deflect any water away from the trim. This has been a problem in the past and I am very pleased that this will avoid future issues. The gutter looks great and is a welcome addition to our home.
